About: The historic Coleman-Allen-Saidleman Building in downtown Troy, Ohio is on the National Register of Historic Places. CDA completed a Feasibility Study to determine a plan for mixed-use redevelopment. The study includes site verification, existing “as-built” drawings, MEP systems analysis, structural stability, programming, multiple scenarios of retail and residential plans, historic preservation requirements, priorities and feasibility of the project, new elevator location, timeline for implementation and opinion of probable cost. The project is currently submitted to the State of Ohio for Historic Tax Credits. CDA is under contract to provide the construction documents when the project is approved.
