QUARTER BARREL

Quarter Barrel was the transformation of an unused sporting goods store into a casual restaurant and brewery located on the prominent corner of B and Main Street in Hamilton’s Main St District.  The project was supported by the Hamilton CORE Fund and encompassed a complete renovation of the entire building including new mechanical and electrical systems and the construction of a new elevator tower to help serve each floor in an efficient manner.  The build-out featured a main floor dining area, newly constructed bar using reclaimed materials, and new brewing tanks as a feature on the first floor, a full-service kitchen with a Chef’s Table on the second floor, and additional brewing equipment housed in the basement. The project included interior paint, flooring and tile selections, along with custom bar details and the incorporation of existing architectural details.  A new elevator was constructed to help serve each floor in an efficient manner. The highlight of this space came from the creation of a rooftop bar and patio that allowed patrons to enjoy the beauty of Hamilton’s skyline.
