Mike and Cindy had a rewarding 28-year career focused on K-12 Education at SHP before retiring in 2012 to co-found Community Design Alliance. CDA was created with the goal of continuing a community-based architecture, interior design, and planning firm at 236 High St. in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Ohio. CDA strives to support and inspire the revitalization of the City of Hamilton and all regional communities, by offering effective design solutions through partnerships with public and private entities. Focused on both K-12 education and community economic development, the CDA team leverages creative and cost-conscious solutions for clients both large and small. Mike, an accredited member of the Congress for New Urbanism, has a strong interest in community planning and is the founding Executive Director of the Hamilton CORE Fund. CDA's office is LEED Silver certified.
