SPOOKY NOOK @ CHAMPION MILL

About: CDA worked in partnership with the original (and now former) Owner of thesite and sports consultants to envision a large scale multi-sport indoor facility focusing on court and turf surfaces for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and more. Recently the project has been taken over by Nook Sports from Lancaster, PA, who operates the largest indoor sports complex in the region. CDA, in alliance with Cornerstone Design Architects, continues to partner on this evolving project. In addition to the sports facilities, the complex will include offices, restaurants, a hotel and other support spaces as well as complete site planning. Located in a 500,000 sq ft former paper mill, Champion would be one of the largest indoor sports complexes in the United States under the leadership of Nook Sports.
