What We Did

Historic Developers owns and operates the Mercantile Block, Robinson-Schwenn, former Journal News Building and the Kirsch Building among others in downtown Hamilton.

CDA provides ongoing architectural and interior design services on a variety of projects including conceptual design and studies, architectural plans and construction documents for permit and tenant liaison services.

Projects have included, Mercantile Lofts Model Apartment and Leasing Services, Art Off Symmes / Wildfire, Luke’s Custom Cakes, Miami Hamilton Downtown, Kirsch Group, Davidson Law, Casper & Casper, Miami Valley Ballet Theatre, Butler Tech School of the Arts, Lane Library Technology Center, Liferay. Other projects for Steve Coon and/or Dave Jursik include 241 S. Third St., Basil 1791 and Goetz Tower (Middletown).
